But then Charlotte heads out to Helge’s old cabin (Peter’s father’s cabin) where she finds the same red dirt. if young jonas is originally from 2019 then stranger jonas, based on their age difference, is originally from 2053…that globey flashlight he gives young jonas doesn’t seem to be 2019 tech…so perhaps all along stranger jonas isn’t just hoping to save some dead kids but is trying to prevent the impending apocalypse and change the dystopian future that he grew up in…it’s no wonder fate wouldn’t allow him to change the planet’s future but if he had just wanted to change the town’s future then maybe fate would’ve been cool with that…but no, beardy had to get cocky and thereby paid dearly for his hubris…), (p.p.s.
